Perks Of Being A Wallflower

Only one word could describe this movie -- awesome

Watched this with Peiqian and Bunny today and I came out of the cinema with no regrets. Totally fell in love with it. The main cast were Logan Lerman, the one who acted in Percy Jackson, the one and only Emma Watson, previously acted as the lovable Hermione and lastly, Ezra Miller. Even the stunning Nina Dobrev who acted in Vampire Diaries was in it! A perfect combination! You've done well in choosing your casts Stephen Chobosky, you've done well.

I literally teared in the cinema when I watched this cause amazingly I could somehow relate a little to it. What sucks is that I had to hold back the tears because I was in a cinema. Not to say that I share the same fate and past of the characters but I just felt like crying.

If I were to rate this movie, I'd give it a 10 out of 10. As for those who complained that you had no idea what the movie was about and it sucks just because you're dumb, you guys should really try reading more books to open up that puny mind of yours.

At the end of the day, there were three quotes that truly touched me deeply.

"I guess WE ARE WHO WE ARE for a lot of reasons. And maybe we'll never know most of them. But even if we don't have the power to choose where we come from, WE CAN STILL CHOOSE WHERE WE GO FROM THERE."

"Things change. And friends leave. And life doesn't stop for anybody."

"And in that moment, I swear we were infinite."

These kind of movies are truly the best ones I've seen. It was even better than 500 Days of Summer. Truly an amazing and inspiring movie.
