After coming back to this cafe for the umph time, I finally have pictures to blog about this place. I'm usually too busy eating and I always ordered the same dish anyways but this time around, I manage to order more stuff to document it on my blog.

Foodgasm Fest? I'll pass.

Few weeks ago, N, me and another two of my friends decided to make a trip to attend Foodgasm Fest this year. We decided to meet up and took the LRT to the venue since we knew that the way there by car would be super packed and true enough, it was. There were so many people and the whole place was packed as hell.

Mochu Locco Zakka Cafe

Few months ago Bunny spotted a newly open cafe opposite our housing area called Mochu Locco Zakka Cafe. 

Belated Celebration

Both me and Peiqian's birthday are two months apart but no biggy. Since I was abstaining from meat due to lent and she on the other hand was busy during her own birth date we decided to celebrate it last Friday since we could finally could agree on a date where we were free :D

Decided to check out NU Sentral since it was already open and we could always see people posting le famous stairs on Instagram. Guess I'm just not into photography for me to be attracted to the stairs connected to the LRT/MRT. We were more interested in what was there instead since my dad mentioned it wasn't a bad place and it had quite an amount of shops/restaurants.

Went out with the bae to celebrate both our birthdays since we were too busy during the actual dates 😂

Steamboat with the 007s

Been planning this with the college group of friends since last year! Yes, we call ourselves the 007 Bitches. We were talking bout how we'd celebrate by eating steamboat after we all successfully handed in our assignments. Finally made it happen by going to Shabu-Shabu Garden which is located at Cheras after months of delaying :)

Reunited with the Boobies!

No, I do not mean actual Boobies when I mention that in my title post. What I really meant was the old bunch of friends I usually hang out with when I was still in high school. I've blogged bout them before but I'm too lazy to go through ALL my old post that were dated few thousand years ago.

After all those days where we spent hours, days and weeks of failed plans to meet up with each other, we finally managed a date where all of us were free. Despite the fact that most of us were studying somewhere around PJ, we decided to go back to the good old hangout spot - Pavillion. We decided that we'd be eating something that was filling and worth the price so we headed to Suki-Ya at Tokyo Street.

Nuffnang Food Fest 2013!

Alright for all you people out there that has no idea what the Nuffnang Food Fest was about, lemme give you two words to describe it - Free Food! So for all you food junkies who did not make it that day, I must say, you really did miss out all the fun and food cause all you had to do in order to get the free food was tweet! Yeap, you heard me. Tweet and tadaa! Food!! I apologize for the picture quality though, I didn't really bother bringing my camera cause I know all I'd think of for the whole day is food so I apologize for the poor quality pictures :x

Plan B

Was craving for Plan B for some reason so decided to head to One Utama's branch to have dinner. I really like the interior design and how they present their food. I wanted their famous Egg's Benedict but apparently it's only served till 6pm. I was there around 7 or 8pm in case you were wondering. Well I'm sure everyone has heard of this place so I'll just move on to the pictures.

 

Sweet potato fries. One of the best fries I've tried. 100 thumbs up if I could!

Super filling and worth it if you ask me. Wonderful service too. I still crave for my Egg's Benedict though :\

L.Table

Despite feeling all exhausted from work last Saturday I manage to spend a great time with two of my most loved people. Caught a glimpse of the 2nd ARBA Rabbit Show for this year and headed over to One Utama to do a little shopping.

We were supposed to eat at Gardens at first but we figured that it wasn't worth it since we're mostly paying for the good scenery and environment so we decided to head to L.Table instead.

L. Table was the perfect choice. Never regretted it. It was a good thing that it was suggested. It was a really classy and quiet place to have a meal. Not to mention that the price was reasonable and worth it too. I really loved it.

We ordered L.Table's Panna Cotta, Belgium Waffles and Salmon with Garlic Spaghetti. Everything was delicious. It was a shame I didn't manage to try out their afternoon L.tea set. Oh well, I'll look forward to coming back to this restaurant again soon :)

Big Hug Burger

Big Hug Burger

Big Hug's well known for their food and their interior design. Not forgetting their super massive huge Teddy Bears lying everywhere too. Those wonderful and creative artwork on the walls you see once you step foot in the restaurant is all hand drawn by it's very own manager :)

I wanted Grilled Salmon Burger but unfortunately they ran out and weren't selling it anymore so I opted for the Beef Burger while Peiqian on the other hand ordered the Grilled Lamb Burger. The burger was really good. The meat, the bread, the cheese, the sauce. Everything was just so tasty! *faints

Not forgetting that Big Hug Burger has very good service. We didn't get our fries since one of their chefs resigned but at the end of the day, the manager herself went to the kitchen and fried some for us all by herself! How nice! When I say us, I meant everyone that was in the restaurant and it was for free! Such a sweet lady. Definitely heading back there again in the future. After all, I really wanna try that Grilled Salmon Burger so yesssss, second round for me :D
